Reflective Practice Group
A monthly facilitated reflective practice group for counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees.

Reflective practice can help us think more deeply about our client work, our professional development, and the impact that the work has on us personally. This group is designed to provide a supportive environment where therapists can slow down, reflect, and learn alongside peers. Open to counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees in Brighton & Hove and online across the UK.

What Is Reflective Practice?

Therapy can be rewarding, challenging, moving and at times isolating.
While supervision remains an essential part of ethical practice, many therapists also benefit from having an additional space to reflect with peers.

This facilitated group offers an opportunity to:

-
Explore client work and professional challenges
-
Reflect on therapeutic relationships
-
Consider ethical dilemmas
-
Share ideas and resources
-
Reduce isolation in private practice
-
Develop confidence and self-awareness

The focus is on reflection rather than problem-solving or advice giving.
