Maybe therapy doesn’t need to feel so clinical
Most people who come to therapy aren’t broken. They’re overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, stuck in patterns, or trying to hold too much together for too long.
Therapy with me is less about being analysed and more about having space to think, feel, reflect, and breathe a little.

A bit about me
I’m a humanistic and pluralistic counsellor based in Brighton & Hove. I work relationally, which means I believe the relationship between therapist and client genuinely matters.
I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently nodding at you for fifty minutes, but I’m also not here to tell you how to live your life. Most of my work sits somewhere in the middle: thoughtful conversation, reflection, curiosity, challenge where it’s helpful, and a space where you don’t need to perform.
Finding the right therapist matters
Feeling safe, respected, and not judged matters too.
I'm a BACP registered counsellor with a First-Class Honours Degree in Reflective Therapeutic Practice and CPCAB Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications.
I've worked with clients facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, life transitions, and many of the challenges that come with being human.
Alongside counselling, I also provide clinical supervision, which continues to deepen my understanding of therapeutic relationships.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
