If you want supervision that feels real and relational, this is a space to think, reflect and be yourself – even on the weeks when you feel like you’re winging it.
What to Expect
Supervision with me centres on relationship, reflection, and real-world practice. I work in a relational and pluralistic way, bringing curiosity, steadiness, and challenge where it’s needed. The space is collaborative and grounded, with room for honest conversations about your client work, your process, and the wider context you’re working in.
Supervision is not just case management. It is a place to deepen your thinking, strengthen your therapeutic identity, and stay ethically anchored while growing in confidence.
Together, we will:
-
Make sense of your client work through open, thoughtful dialogue
-
Explore relational dynamics, transference, and your own internal responses
-
Look at ethical considerations and risk with clarity and calm
-
Notice patterns in your practice and support your development as a therapist
-
Encourage your authenticity and your voice, not someone else’s model
My stance balances care with challenge: warm, steady support paired with gentle but honest questioning to help you stretch professionally.
Together, we will:
-
Create a safe, collaborative environment to reflect on your client work
-
Explore relational dynamics, ethical dilemmas, and therapeutic stuck points
-
Attend to both your professional growth and emotional wellbeing
-
Encourage your unique voice and identity as a practitioner
Fees & Commitment
My standard supervision rate is £80 for 60 minutes.
I offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions.
Supervision is available in person (Saltdean or Hove) or online.
