AI may be the first place you find the words. Saying them to your therapist can be different because now a human relationship is involved.

AI can respond in ways that feel deeply understanding. But being known by another person involves presence, uncertainty and relationship.

AI can offer immediate reassurance when anxiety takes hold. But what happens when relief becomes a loop and certainty is never quite enough?

Knowing your attachment style can bring relief, but understanding a pattern is not the same as changing how you relate.
